  • Commercialisation phase

    Phoenix System, a company developing realtime operating system, is founded.

  • Phoenix-RTOS 2

    Monolitic version of the operating system ready for implementation.

  • Phoenix-PRIME (PLC communication stack)

    Successful certification of Phoenix-PRIME – first pure software implementation of PLC PRIME communication standard commonly used in Smart Grid networks.

  • Phoenix-DCU (DCU application)

    Phoenix Systems has developed firmware for Data Concentrator Unit based on Phoenix-PRIME. Firmware was implemented on 10000 devices located on substations in Energa-Operator energy distribution network.

  • Data Concentrator Unit

    Smart Grid concentrator based on single CPU with all functionality implemented in software running under control of Phoenix-RTOS 2.

  • Phoenix-SEM (Smart Energy Meter)

    Reference smart meter based on single CPU with all functionality implemented in software running under control of Phoenix- RTOS.

  • Phoenix-RTOS 3

    Development of new operating system version based on microkernel architecture is launched.

  • Phoenix-RTOS opened

    Phoenix-RTOS 3 has been published on GitHub on BSD license.

  • Apator Metrix iSmart

    Phoenix-RTOS 3 has been used as a basis of innovative smart gas meter.

  • DO-178C certification package

    Phoenix Systems started a project to adopt Phoenix-RTOS for aerospace applications and to make it compliant with DO-178C safety assurance standard requirements. The main focus are next generation UAVs.

  • Million smart gas meters for Fluvius

    Apator Metrix, a leading European manufacturer of gas meters, won the tender in Belgium and will deliver one million iSMART2 gas meters based on Phoenix-RTOS.

Professor in Computer Science and Computer Engineering, Head of Dependable Systems Group within the Institute of Computer Science at Warsaw University of Technology. Member of IEEE Computer Society and Reliability Society; Test Technology Technical Council; Expert in computer security and reliability.

Dariusz Niedziółka, PhD

Member of the Supervisory Board

Graduated from Warsaw University in 1999, the Inter-Faculty Individual Studies in Mathematics and Natural Sciences, PhD in Economics at the Warsaw School of Economics (2007).

Extensive experience in investor relations - author of books and many articles.
